Tom Cruise plans to celebrate his century and a half birthday on Tuesday (3/7/2012), with the whole family was a mess. Katie Holmes, his wife, and daughter, Suri (6), even absent. Both chose to spend time at his apartment in Manhattan, who has occupied since last week.
"The plan will be carried out with the celebration of Katie and Suri in New York," so said a source told People. "They then flew to California, where Cruise through shooting his latest film, Oblivion, and spend time there," said the source.
Unfortunately, reality is not in line with expectations. Top Gun star was forced to change his original plan following a surprise decision that Holmes sued him for divorce last week.
Back of the note, Cruise eventually just celebrate a birthday with her two teenage children, Connor (17) and Bella (19), as well as a number of families in his home in Beverly Hills, California.
According to some sources, Cruise chose not to come to New York to avoid paparazzi. "Currently, the situation is impossible. He did not want his daughter traumatized again," the source said.
In today's conditions, Cruise is really sad. The only way to establish communication with Suri only by phone. "It's really a somber birthday celebration for Tom," said Cruise relatives.
In contrast to Holmes, he actually looks happy when playing with Suri in the East Village, New York, Tuesday.
