Ahead of his divorce from actor Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes looked happy and sumringah compared with previous months.
He showed a big smile and laughter when seen in a supermarket with her daughter, Suri.
"I'm fine, thank you," said Holmes told America's Daily News, while pushing the shopping cart, as reported DailyMail.
Holmes and Suri seemed to be enjoying the quality time between mother and child, while eating a ice cream, ice cream outlets, in the supermarket.
Holding his Empress, he hugged the girl's only child. He smiled and laughed, while waiting to order the ice cream is finished.
Sebagimana reported by TMZ, Holmes has filed a petition for custody of Suri, as well as a number of the appropriate allowance from her husband, Tom Cruise.
A source also said that Cruise had asked Holmes to come to a birthday party for his 50th in Iceland. However, Cruise Holmes apparently upset because he refused to attend the party.
